Personal information provided by you as part of Becoming Asia Literate: Grants to Schools will be collected by Asia Education Foundation for the purpose of:

• assessing your project proposal;
• enabling contact between Asia Education Foundation and your school, or cluster;
• assisting the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace relations (DEEWR) and their approved consultants/contractors in the administration, evaluation and monitoring of the Becoming Asia Literate: Grants to Schools;
• enabling DEEWR to facilitate contact between your school, or cluster and the relevant Member of Parliament to facilitate successful project announcements; and
• alerting you to related DEEWR projects.

Personal information will only be used for the above purposes and will not be disclosed except as authorised or required by law.
